Press Release Body: The new managing partners of Peak Village Outlet Shopping Centre
have revealed that they have big plans for the centre and that visitors can look
forward to an improved and more diverse visitor experience in the future. Whilst
their exact development plans are at an early stage and must remain confidential for
now, the more immediate aim for Peak Village is to maximise usage and enjoyment of
the existing facilities, providing the most attractive destination possible for
visitors and the local community.

Terence Morgan of Morgan and Company, of Belper, and Martin Langsdale of BB and J,
of Derby, have recently been appointed joint agents of the Peak Village in Rowsley
near Bakewell. The new joint marketing and managing partnership ultimately aims to
bring the centre - which opened in 1999 and attracts 750,000 visitors a year - to
the forefront of retailing in the region.

Terence and Martin both live locally and want to bring "a more sympathetic and
personal touch to the management of the centre", which currently features
established national retailers such as Cotton Traders, Mountain Warehouse and The
Works.

"Peak Village already offers visitors a unique opportunity to combine shopping with
nearby attractions, such as Chatsworth, in a superb outdoor environment" says
Martin. "There is great potential for improvement and development of the facilities
and the overall experience, with the potential of a significant increase in visitor
numbers over time. We are now devising a plan that will help take Peak Village to
the next level. Terrence and I are excited about creating a vibrant and busy
shopping centre with excellent facilities".

One of the first tasks for the partnership is to work on a programme of events which
will be attractive to visitors, the local community and retail tenants. Further
details will be announced via the local media in due course.
